Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days before check-in receive a partial refund equal to 50% of the total booking value, less the cost of the first night.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

We offer a discounted non-refundable rate, priced approximately 15% below our standard flexible rate. Bookings made on the non-refundable rate are not eligible for any refund in the event of cancellation, amendment or no-show, regardless of notice given.

The same cancellation terms above apply to long-stay, corporate and monthly bookings.

All bookings are subject to completion of our online check-in form, upload of valid photo identification, and signing of our short-term rental agreement.

These must be completed no later than 48 hours before the check-in date. [CONFIRM: 48 hours, or change to your preferred cutoff.]

Failure to complete these requirements by that time may result in cancellation of the booking, in which case the standard cancellation terms above will apply.
