We do not pay commission to a booking platform on your behalf, so your rate is lower for the same apartment on the same dates.
Ask about parking, late arrival or the best way to reach us and you are talking to the people who run the apartments, not a support queue.
Early check-in and late check-out are arranged directly with us and are often possible, subject to the bookings either side of yours.
Guests who have stayed before are quoted a returning rate on their next booking. Mention your previous stay when you enquire.
Who we host
Every apartment suits any reason for being there — work, a relocation, a weekend away, a house move between dates. What changes is the terms: how long you stay, how it is billed and what you need on arrival. Below are three examples of who stays. They are not the whole list.
Examples of who stays
A whole apartment for the price of a room, in the middle of what you came to see. Couples, families and groups get a kitchen, a living room and the space to spend an evening together rather than in a corridor. Arrive whenever you arrive, with self check-in at any hour.
A proper base for a project, not a hotel corridor. Every apartment has fast wifi and a dedicated workspace, with all bills included and no extras to claim back line by line. Weekly linen and towel changes are arranged for longer bookings, and invoicing is available.
A fully equipped home rather than a hotel room, for guests staying a month or longer. Relocations, insurance placements and long assignments are all welcome. Monthly rates are discounted and monthly invoicing can be issued in advance.
