Athenaeum House is a striking heritage apartment in the heart of Leeds city centre, set within a beautifully restored historic building. It comfortably sleeps up to four guests and blends genuine period character with a sharp, modern finish.
The apartment is full of architectural detail: exposed black structural ironwork, a dramatic arched feature, and a soaring double-height living space, softened by warm herringbone floors and considered, atmospheric lighting. The spacious lounge has a large comfortable sofa and a smart TV, making it an easy place to relax after a day exploring the city. The bedroom sits on an open mezzanine level, reached by a staircase and overlooking the living space below, which gives the apartment a distinctive loft-like feel.
